Mariana's Spinach, Pumpkin & Feta Empanadas (Vg, x4)

These empanadas are no doubt my favourite ones. My 7 year old loves them too so it's a good way to make little ones eat some veggies.  The combination of pumpkin, cheese and pastry is moreish and definitely a winner.

  • 🍴 4x Empanadas per serving (500g)

    Preparation (Cook from frozen)
    Step 1 - Preheat Oven 220°C fan forced
    Step 2 - Brush the empanadas with egg yolk*
    Step 3 - Bake on a tray with baking paper 10-15mins

    *Pantry Essentials:
    🥚 Optional - Egg yolk to brush on empanadas.

    🥗 Best served with a crisp green salad.

    Ingredients:

    Spinach, Pumpkin, Milk, Cheddar Cheese, Salt, Feta Cheese, Unsalted Butter, Wheat Flour, Sour Cream, Sunflower Oil, Salt, Pepper.
