Each spoonful delivers that cheesy, satisfying comfort food feel, while quietly packing in three types of greens! 

Bake in the oven straight from frozen in 30–45 minutes, this generous 800g dish easily feeds two as a complete dinner. It’s a recipe passed down from Gavin’s mum, refined with his fine dining chef background, and loved for its ability to make vegetables taste irresistible. The orecchiette pasta captures the sauces beautifully, and the balance of cheeses creates a creamy texture that feels like a treat while still nourishing the body. Preparation Instructions

Step 1 - Cook from frozen, or defrost first
Step 2 - Preheat oven to 180C
Step 3 - Remove lid and bake in oven for 45 mins (from frozen) or 30 mins (from defrosted) or until cooked through

Growing up, I was always cooking and creating in the kitchen with my mother, growing fresh produce in our garden, experimenting with dishes at home, and was brought up eating kale, spinach and humous before they were well-known foods!

I have cooked in some of the best fine dining restaurants in Australia, but at home, and as a father of three, my food is all about comfort food that is unpretentious, wholesome, nutritious, and that the whole family can share. I love cooking with the best seasonal and local fresh produce and being able to transform this into something healthy and super tasty for everyone to enjoy.
