Nat's Satay Chicken

This is a family friendly satay, mild on spice with plenty of sauce to smother your rice or dip your roti into. Free range chicken is marinated overnight then seared until golden before going into a delicious peanut and coconut sauce.

This is an Indonesian Satay Chicken that I created to please the whole family, even my young kids who aren't keen on spicy foods, love this satay.

  • Preparation:
    Step 1 - Defrost overnight in fridge or use microwave on defrost setting.
    Step 2 - Microwave for 5 minutes or until hot, stir and microwave a further 3 minutes

     🍚 Best served with Jasmine Rice, Roti or Naan - get rice here & grab some naan here
    🌶 This is a mild curry, it's not very spicy

Easily my favourite

This had exceptional flavour and was so easy to prepare! I enjoyed it with both rice and naan and was very sad when it was all gone.

Absolutely amazing, one child thought it was a little spicy for her liking so i just added some sour cream to her serving
