Davide's Sicilian Arancini

"This is one of the nicest memories growing up, my next door neighbours were a Sicilian family and as every Sicilian they love cooking and eating food. I remember their Nonna, she taught me how to make their secret arancini recipe, the flavour was unbelievable! I helped her so many times growing up in exchange for one … or more of those yummy arancini, since then I have continued making her recipe."

These arancini are unbelievably addictive, Davide's perfected a beautifully crunchy outside, a soft meat ragout inside and bursting with oozing mozzarella. The hardest part is deciding which ones are your favourite! Try Davide's other arancini here

  • 🍴 x 4 large Arancini per serving

    Preparation (cook from frozen):

    Step 1 - Preheat oven to 180C

    Step 2 - Place arancini on an oven tray and bake for 18-22 minutes.

    🧀 Davide recommends grating some fresh parmesan on top once cooked or serve with aioli.

    Ingredients: Onion, carrot, celery, garlic, rosemary, white wine, beef, pork, olive oil, crushed tomatoes, salt, arborio rice, vegetable stock, green peas, parmesan, mozzarella, butter, eggs, milk, flour (Gluten, Wheat), panko.
