I’ve been cooking since I was really young, learning from my Mum as she cooked a
mazing rustic country comfort food for us. I started making pies because I was cooking up big feasts for one and needed to get creative with the leftovers, which led me to putting classic dishes into pastry and almost accidentally making this range of gourmet pies. My friends and family fell in love with when I started giving them out and the rest is history. I’m proud to use great produce from local growers and collectives where I live in Redfern, and cooking isn’t a job for me, it’s my happy place where I go to find joy both in the making and in the sharing.
