Italian Pork and Veal Meatballs

A blend of pork and beef gives these meatballs richness, a few aromatics and some cheese makes them flavourful, and a splash of milk ensures they’re tender. These are exactly the meatballs you want piled onto spaghetti, tucked into a crusty bread roll, or, as the Italians do, eaten all on their own. These meatballs have been a favourite with family and friends. Nothing beats fresh ingredients and produce when it comes to food. Over the years this dish has evolved and I'm hoping that you will enjoy this as much as my 7 year old does.

  • Preparation:
    Step 1 - Defrost Overnight
    Step 2 - Microwave High (4mins)

    🍝 Best served with spaghetti or on toasted bread

    Ingredients: Pork, beef, onion, garlic, carrot, celery, oregano, parsley, bay leaf, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, tomato paste, tomato puree, chicken stock, cheese, salt and pepper.

The perfect hearty meal!

My son's fav! Great for his lunch box ideas. Pizza topping, meatballs wrap, spagbol...very versatile. Super delicious.
