This is a spicy South Indian dish cooked with coconut, pepper and curry leaves that comes from the southern state of Tamil Nadu in South India. Here, people eat the spiciest curries on the hottest days! It's a favourite at our family dinners and is best served with steaming hot rice and maybe a side of yoghurt or raita to cool your palate.

  • Preparation:
    Step 1 - Defrost overnight in your fridge
    Step 2 - Microwave until heated through (approx 5-6 mins)
