Chicken Pepper Fry

This is a spicy South Indian dish cooked with coconut, pepper and curry leaves that comes from the southern state of Tamil Nadu in South India. Here, people eat the spiciest curries on the hottest days! It's a favourite at our family dinners and is best served with steaming hot rice and maybe a side of yoghurt or raita to cool your palate.

    Preparation:
    Step 1 - Defrost overnight in your fridge
    Step 2 - Microwave until heated through (approx 5-6 mins)

Wow. This one is OUTSTANDING. Fragrant, tasty with a solid punch of heat - warming not scalding - and good cuts of chicken. Generous portion size, sauce comes out at the right thickness for bread or rice. Puts restaurants to shame, it's that good. Hitting reorder right now. More like this please Nirup.
