Hi I'm Pia,
I just love cooking and being in the kitchen. I cooked my first Borek at the age of 11. Cooking for me is a passion, a huge passion! I’m a qualified chef who has extensive experience working in commercial kitchens across Sydney. I have worked at the Shangri La Hotel, Hilton Hotel, Mojo by Luke Mangan, Neil Perry and have worked in many more Fine Dining restaurants.
My cultural background is Spanish/Turkish and I love cooking traditional foods, mostly pastries, from my background and all across the Mediterranean and Europe.
