• Sydney metro orders usually close around 22–23 December for delivery on Christmas Eve.
  
• Interstate deliveries (Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra and regional areas) generally require 2–7 days’ lead time, depending on your location.

We offer next-day delivery Monday to Friday for Sydney metro, with a 2-hour window sent via text the morning of delivery.

For Central Coast, Canberra, Brisbane, and regional areas, deliveries are scheduled throughout the week, with a 2-hour window notified the night before.

In Queensland and South Australia, deliveries are available on various days, and you'll receive your 2-hour window the night before delivery.

Yes, all our products are frozen! We make sure to do this after each meal is cooked to seal in the flavour and preserve it so that it makes its way to you ready to heat and eat!
