Orders & Delivery

We currently deliver across Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane, and surrounding regional areas. Not sure if we reach you? Pop your postcode into the delivery checker at the top of the page!

It really depends on where you are!

We offer next-day delivery across Sydney Metro, otherwise its 2 -5 days depending on your postcode.

We’ll keep you updated every step of the way with SMS notifications.

The night before your delivery, you’ll receive a text with a tracking link so you can check when your order is scheduled to arrive.

When your meals are on track for delivery, our third party couriers will text to let you know they are heading your way!

✨ Our delivery rates will vary based on your area of delivery, and whether you are a member of our VIP Supper Club Program.

Rates start from $18 for Sydney Metro deliveries, and go up to $25 for delivery into regional areas.

You’ll see the exact cost at checkout before placing your order.

Yes, our minimum order is $70. This helps us keep our delivery process efficient and ensures your meals stay properly packed and frozen on their way to you. Most customers find it easy to fill their cart, especially with so many delicious options to choose from!

You’ll be able to choose a preferred delivery date and window in the delivery checker at the top of the page or at checkout.

Our time windows are either midnight to 7 am or 8 am to 6 pm.

Then, the night before your delivery, you’ll receive a text with a more specific 2-hour window once the couriers finalise their route. We’ll do our best to stick to that timeframe and keep you updated with live tracking.

Yes, absolutely. There’s a section at checkout where you can include delivery instructions—like “leave at front door” or “behind the gate.” We’ll pass these on to the courier.

That said, there are a few things to keep in mind:

  • our couriers don’t ring doorbells—but you’ll get a tracking SMS just before they arrive so you’ll know they’re close.
  • our couriers only see delivery instructions upon arrival, so unfortunately we can’t request a call beforehand.
  • please ensure pets are safely restrained or indoors during delivery. If an unrestrained dog is present, drivers may not be able to leave your order.

We’ll always do our best to make sure your meals arrive safely and on time!

If your order hasn’t left FoodSt HQ yet, we’ll do our best to help. Just email us at hello@foodst.com.au as soon as possible. Once it’s out for delivery, changes may not be possible.

The first thing to do is check your tracking link (in the text message) - it will show the exact time your order was delivered and include photos of where it was left. If it’s not where expected, it’s also worth checking safe drop spots, neighbours, or your apartment mail room.

To help ensure your meals are received safely, we recommend keeping your phone nearby so you can collect your order promptly once it arrives. Please note that we can’t take responsibility for stolen boxes after delivery is confirmed.

If you still need a hand, just reach out to us at hello@foodst.com.au—we’re always here to help.

Our meals are packed into cardboard boxes with ice that are lined with Woolpack, a proven insulation material that keeps contents below 5°C for over 24 hours and maintains temperatures between 2°C and 8°C for 72 hours or more. This ensures your meals are kept frozen for some time, even if you're not available to receive your delivery.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for these boxes. However, both the box and Woolpack lining are recyclable. For creative ways to reuse them, please visit here
