"Panettone for me as Italian has a big meaning when it comes down to Christmas, a Christmas without panettone is not Christmas. It’s my favourite cake during the festivities, even before or after Christmas. This is my trifle with an Italian twist!"

Davide's trifle is made with layers of Italian Panettone, luscious mascarpone custard, raspberries, passionfruit and fresh mango. The ultimate dessert guaranteed to be a crowd pleaser!

• 🍴 Serves 6-8 (1kg)

  Preparation:

  1. If you have a trifle dish similar size, you can pop out the frozen dessert and transfer to your dish before thawing.

  2. Alternatively simply pop the dessert into the fridge in its current container to defrost before serving.

  🍓🥭 We recommend serving with fresh whipped cream and fresh fruit.
