Clarissa's Beef Rendang with Rice

I chose this meal for FoodSt because it’s the unofficial national dish of my homeland Malaysia.   • 🍴 This meal serves 2 Adults (includes Beef Rendang and Rice)

    Preparation:

    Beef Rendang: 
    Step 1: Defrost in the microwave or in the fridge overnight
    Step 2: Reheat in the microwave or on the stove until heated through (approx 5 mins)

    Rice:
    Step 1 - Defrost in microwave or fridge overnight
    Step 2 - Sprinkle a little water on top
    Step 3 - Microwave until hot (approx 4mins)

    Ingredients:

    Beef, Coconut cream (Tree nuts), Red onions, Peanut oil, Tamarinds, Water, Desiccated coconut [Coconut], Coconut palm sugar, Dried whole chilli, Garlic, Lemongrass, Salt, Ginger, Galangal, White pepper [Pepper], Kaffir Lime Leaves, Turmeric, Coriander seeds [Ground Coriander], Fennel seeds, Cumin seeds [Ground Cumin], Rice
