Handmade Plant-Based Dumplings – Ready When You Need Them Most
These dumplings are lovingly handmade by Iris, starting with completely hand-rolled pastry that’s filled with a delicious mix of shiitake mushrooms, wood ear fungi, Chinese cabbage and fresh vegetables. The result is layers of flavour and texture that feel every bit as satisfying as meat-filled dumplings — only these are naturally vegan and plant-based.
They’re also the ultimate “forgot dinner” life saver. Straight from the freezer to your plate in 15–20 minutes, you can choose to steam them for a light and delicate finish, or pan-fry for golden, crispy bases. To make them even more special, Iris includes her homemade chilli oil, crafted with dried chilli, Sichuan pepper, garlic and olive oil. It’s the kind of thoughtful detail that transforms a quick freezer meal into something restaurant-quality.

Hi I'm Iris,
I'm originally from Cambodia. My first memory of connecting with food was when I was little and my mum was always busy in her shop, so she left the house work and cooking to me. As the eldest child in the family, I had to learn to cook and did the shopping as guided by mum. I remember I learnt to cook my first curry chicken when I was just 12 years old.
