Davide is also a skilled gelato maker, making award winning gelati and sorbetti. He sources and imports the best ingredients from Italy and around the world to make the gelato from scratch that is 100% natural. Ingredients such as “Sicilian Lemon”, “Tonda Gentile” hazelnut, “Sicilian Pistachio”, ” Madagascar Vanilla” and “Valrhona” chocolate and the best Dutch cocoa powder.

FAQ's

It started with helping a Spanish friend opening a paella business 10 years ago and I ended up with falling in love with this dish!

Made with a mix of vegetables, chicken and chorizo, you will love the flavours and the crispy rice base which you can easily recreate at home by frying in a pan.

I love all sorts of gnocchi and the ricotta ones are one of those! This version is so light and fluffy and are also made without any added gluten. Bursting with Italian food flavours starting with a burnt butter and sage sauce, the sautéed mushrooms and the finishing touch of the grated Asiago cheese (a very typical mild cheese from the area where I’m originally from) are the best combinations ever.
