Syeda's Vegetarian Spring Rolls (Vg)

Syeda's homemade spring rolls are a vegetarian flavour infusion combining a mix of julienne vegetables to create these beautifully crisp parcels which make a great entree or snack. These are a staple in Syeda's household and for good reason - they are so tasty!

We love dipping them into sweet chilli sauce or soy sauce on the side!

  • 🍴 Each serve has 6 large spring rolls

    Preparation:

    1. Cook from frozen

    2. Heat 3cm oil in a shallow pan until the temperature reaches 160c.

    3. Gently place spring rolls into oil and fry, rotating often, until golden brown and crispy - approximately 5-7 minutes, being careful of any oil splatter.

    4. Remove from oil and drain off any excess, serve with your choice of dipping sauce.

    Ingredients: Spring roll wrappers (Wheat Flour, Water, Vegetable Oil, Salt), cabbage, capsicum, carrot, soy sauce,chilli, salt, chicken salt, vinegar, black pepper, oil.
