Davide's Chicken Saltimbocca With Broccoli

"This is my twist of the famous veal saltimbocca made with chicken, I use chicken breasts that are topped with crispy jamon and sage, using white wine to make a delicious sauce. This is served with broccoli that has been sautéed with garlic and chilli."

  Preparation:

  1 - Defrost in fridge overnight or remove lid and defrost in microwave

  2 - Reheat in the microwave for 3-5 mins or until hot (our foil containers are microwave safe!)

  Alternative:

  1 - Defrost in fridge overnight or remove lid and defrost in microwave

  2 - Reheat in the oven for 10-15 min at 200 degrees C.
