Growing up, I have so many memories of eating Porchetta, especially at our local festivals where every year you could find it cooking on the spits. In Sardinia, it’s a typical regional dish you’ll find in many restaurants. I remember going there on summer holidays with my family - you’d have to pre-book a whole suckling pig! My gosh, it’s something so delicious you just can’t miss if you’re visiting that area.”
