Davide’s recipe, passed down through his family, creates those perfectly pillowy little dumplings that melt in your mouth while still holding onto all the flavours of the sauce. It’s simple, honest Italian cooking that celebrates patience, tradition and good ingredients.
This dish brings the gnocchi to life with bursts of sweet cherry tomatoes, tender zucchini and a sprinkle of toasted almonds for crunch. A light passata, garlic and basil sauce ties everything together, giving balance and brightness. 🍴 Serves 1
Preparation:
1 - Defrost in fridge overnight or remove lid and defrost in microwave
2 - Give it a gentle stir
3 - Reheat in the microwave for 3-5 mins or until hot (our foil containers are microwave safe!)
😋 Gnocchi is best eaten with a rocket salad with parmesan and balsamic dressing, or garlic bread on the side!
