Christina's Kaffir Lime Lamb

Title: Serves 2 (400g)

"This special dish is one of my family’s signature dish from the Peranakan cuisine which is popular across Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore."

This dish is mildly spicy, rich and flavourful from the tender lamb which has been slow cooked on the bone for hours in coconut milk, spices, lemongrass and fresh kaffir lime leaves. Reminiscent of a slow cooked rendang curry, this Kaffir Lime Lamb Curry is a high protein meal and rich enough that 400g serves 2 easily.

  • Preparation:

    Step 1 - Defrost in microwave or fridge overnight - open pouch before reheating

    Step 2 - Microwave until hot (approx 3-5 mins)

    🍚 Best served with Jasmine rice - get yours here

    🌶 This curry has a mild spice rating

    Ingredients: lamb, onions, lemongrass, galangal, ginger, garlic, chilli, candlenut, coriander, fennel, cumin, pepper, cinnamon, cloves, salt, sugar, coconut milk, chicken stock, canola oil, kaffir lime.
