Litsa’s Soutzoukakia, also known as Greek Meatballs, are a beautiful labor of love. These beef meatballs are shaped into oblong pieces and cooked in a homemade red wine and tomato sauce. The sauce has a perfect balance of tangy and rich, and it complements the meatballs beautifully.

It’s true home-cooked goodness, a recipe that's been passed down through generations. Pair with rice, some crusty bread, or mashed potatoes.

  • 🍴 Double Serve

    Preparation, open pouch before reheating:

    Step 1 - Defrost overnight in fridge or use microwave on defrost setting.

    Step 2 - Microwave for 5 minutes or until hot, stir and microwave a further 3 minutes

    🥖 Best served with rice, mashed potatoes, pasta or warm bread

    🥣 Tip: These meatballs make a great meatball sub on toasted ciabatta bread.
