I’m Litsa. I’m a mother of 2 and I started my journey in the kitchen from a young age on a small island in Greece, called Kythira. My inspiration began through watching my grandmother and mother cook traditional Greek dishes for their family and village. I have always believed that delicious meals and delightful company go hand in hand. I was fortunate enough to be surrounded by a vibrant culinary culture that celebrated the art of cooking and the pleasure of sharing a meal with loved ones.
Ever since then, I’ve had a huge love for cooking tasty traditional dishes and sharing my handed-down family recipes with friends and family.
I look forward to sharing a part of Greece with you all, and as we say, Kalí Orexí!
