Davide's Gnocchi with Cherry Tomatoes, Zucchini and Almonds (Vg)

"Gnocchi is probably one of my favourite dishes, I've got so many memories of my childhood, I used to make it with my mum every Sunday and I still use the same recipe to this day."

Davide's handmade gnocchi is pillowy soft and skilfully prepared, accompanied by cherry tomatoes, zucchini, and almonds to add texture.

  • 🍴 Serves 1


    1 - Defrost in fridge overnight or remove lid and defrost in microwave

    2 - Give it a gentle stir

    3 - Reheat in the microwave for 3-5 mins or until hot (our foil containers are microwave safe!)

    😋 Gnocchi is best eaten with a rocket salad with parmesan and balsamic dressing, or garlic bread on the side!

    Ingredients: Potato, flour, egg, parmesan, passata, onion, garlic, basil, extra virgin olive oil, zucchini, cherry tomato,almonds.

    Contains: Egg, Wheat, Almonds, Milk

Light gnocchi, taste good too. But the zucchini is too little and be more generous. Prefer more cheese on top too. This improvement should make perfect dish ..Good work!!

Lightest gnocchi I’ve ever had

This was going to a big test in terms of already cooked gnocchi…..but the gnocchi itself was perfect, the lightest ones I ever had, I usually share my dinner with my 2 Greyhounds but they only got the last of the sauce on this one, lol.
The one thing I did was add a little cream as I felt the tomato base tasted just like tomato paste and it was thick and strong but after adding the cream it made a little sauce and was much better 👌
