Iris' Chicken and Shiitake Dumplings

Out of all the dumplings I make, these dumplings are my children's favourites. These delicious morsels are made with completely handmade pastry; they are the perfect "I forgot dinner" life saver as you can cook them straight from frozen.

  • 🍴 x 12 Dumplings per serving (350g)

    Preparation (cook from frozen):

    Stovetop:

    Step 1 - Oil the base of the dumplings
    Step 2 - Steam 15-20 mins or pan fry (see below)

    You can alternatively:

    🍳 Pan fry from frozen with a bit of oil, add frozen dumplings once hot with a cup of water. Close the lid until all the water is dry and when your dumplings have turned golden brown and crispy.

    💡 Comes with a homemade Chilli Oil included

    Ingredients:
    Dumplings: Plain Flour (gluten), chicken, shiitake mushroom, cabbage, carrot, onion, garlic, salt, sugar, olive oil, sesame oil, soy sauce 
    Sichuan Sauce:
    Dried chilli, sichuan peppers, garlic and olive oil.


    Contains: sesame, soy, gluten
