Maurice's Moussaka

This family recipe of sliced and grilled potato, topped with a herb infused beef and pork bolognese, then topped with grilled eggplant and finally our rich & creamy bechamel sauce. This is a family recipe that has been passed on for generations. Cooked at most family gatherings and adored by all the family and friends alike.

  • Preparation (Cook from frozen):
    Step 1 - Preheat Oven 180°C
    Step 2 - Remove lid, cover with foil
    Step 3 - Bake 50 mins (single) to 80 mins (family)

    Let rest for 10-15 minutes before serving

    🥗 Best served with a green salad

    Beef mince, Pork mince, onions, garlic, dried thyme, dried oregano, bay leaves, eggplant, potato, tomato, tomato paste, red wine, cinnamon, milk, butter, Gluten Free Flour, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, olive oil.

    Contains: Milk, Sulphites
