Simple ingredients, baked with care, turned into a delicious plant based roll.
Rebecca’s smoked mushroom, feta, and walnut rolls take vegetarian entertaining to a new level. Meaty portobello mushrooms are gently smoked and folded together with creamy feta and roasted walnuts, then wrapped in flaky puff pastry and finished with a sprinkle of poppy seeds. Each bite brings a balance of earthy, smoky, creamy, and crunchy – a combination that feels every bit as indulgent as traditional meat rolls, but entirely vegetarian.
Perfectly portioned for gatherings, light lunches, or weekend brunches, these rolls are ready from frozen in just 15–20 minutes. They offer the kind of depth of flavour that wins over meat-lovers and vegetarians alike, making them a smart choice when hosting a mixed crowd. Rebecca has created a dish that feels both elegant and comforting – the kind of food that sparks conversation around the table and leaves everyone reaching for seconds.
