  • Preparation (Cook from frozen):

    1. Preheat Oven 200°C
    2. Remove Lid, cover with Foil
    3. Bake 45mins to 1 hour

    🥗 Traditionally served slightly warmed served with fresh tzatziki 

    Ingredients: Fresh Dill, Silverbeet, Leek, Onion, Baby Spinach, Feta, Ricotta, Eggs, Rice, Puff pastry ( Wheat flour, water, margarine [vegetable oils, water, salt, emulsifiers (471, 322 from soy), antioxidant (307b), and natural colour (160a)], salt, food acid (330). 


    Contains: Milk, Eggs, Gluten, Sesame, Soy

    Very nice take on a Greek Classic!

    Every Moussaka has a different take on it and this one was just so nice, I would highly recommend it... I would have loved it even more if it had the Bay Leaves in it as the flavour from Bay Leaves in Moussaka just adds another dimension all together (just don't get one in your mouth, as very sour)... But overall this was a totally enjoyable and highly recommended dish by a very talented chef!
