Classic pork and beef meatballs in rich tomato sauce
Ben’s meatballs are all about proper technique and fresh ingredients. A balanced blend of pork and beef is mixed with aromatics, herbs, Parmesan, and just enough breadcrumb for a tender, juicy texture, then gently simmered in a slow-cooked tomato sauce built on a soffritto of onion, carrot, and celery. The result is full-flavoured meatballs with a supple bite, perfect for twirling with spaghetti, loading into a crusty roll, or serving Italian-style with bread for dipping.
This family favourite has been refined over years in Ben’s kitchen. The sauce clings beautifully to pasta, the meatballs stay tender when reheated, and the flavours are friendly for kids while still layered enough for grown-ups. Freshly frozen for peak quality, they heat quickly whenever you need a guaranteed crowd-pleaser.

Hi I'm Ben,
My love for cooking started since I was in high school where I discovered my passion for cooking. As well as growing up in a family that appreciate home-cooked meals, my mom made sure to always have a home cooked meal on the table for our family growing up.I enjoy cooking, creating and serving and most of all I love food. For me being it's not just about being a chef, but it's about enjoying food and enjoying cooking. I love cooking for my family, it gives me a good feeling to be able to nourish my family. We enjoy home-cooked meals so much that we hardly get takeaway meals or going to restaurants.
