Handmade, Kid-Approved Dumplings – Made by Iris with Love
Iris’s chicken and shiitake dumplings are the ones her kids ask for on repeat — which tells you everything. Each dumpling is wrapped in pastry made from scratch (no shortcuts here) and filled with a mix of chicken, earthy shiitake mushrooms, and finely chopped vegetables seasoned with soy, sesame, and garlic. The shiitake gives a deep, savoury flavour and meaty bite that makes these stand out from ordinary chicken dumplings.
Cooked straight from the freezer in 15–20 minutes, they’re as versatile as they are delicious. Steam them for soft, pillowy dumplings or pan-fry for golden crispy-bottomed potstickers. Each pack comes with Iris’s homemade Sichuan chili oil — fragrant, spicy, and perfect for dipping. These dumplings are authentic, wholesome, and convenient, proving why they’re a family favourite.

Hi I'm Iris,
I'm originally from Cambodia. My first memory of connecting with food was when I was little and my mum was always busy in her shop, so she left the house work and cooking to me. As the eldest child in the family, I had to learn to cook and did the shopping as guided by mum. I remember I learnt to cook my first curry chicken when I was just 12 years old.
