Lou's Hasselback Butternut Pumpkin with a Maple, Chilli and Bay Leaf Glaze (Vg)

Title: Serves 6-8

Centrepiece Worthy - and loved by all - 2 full halves of Roasted Butternut Pumpkin that  Lou has prepared in a Hasselback style, pre roasted and layered with Bay leaves, ready for you to pour over the Maple Syrup Glaze - and no shortcuts or imitation flavours with this dish - 100% pure Maple Syrup that has been cooked down with butter, chilli and vinegar to create a rich and luscious finish for the pumpkin. Yum!!

  • 🍴Serves 6-8

    Cooking Instructions (Cook from frozen)

    1. Preheat oven to 220c & remove outer packaging.

    2. Transfer glaze to a small sauce or microwave and gently warm

    3. The pumpkin has been par roasted, pour glaze over pumpkin using a pastry brush to coat. Place in oven and cook for a further 30-40 minutes or until tender and golden brushing with glaze every 10 minutes or so.

    4. Can be cooked up to 4 hours ahead - let cool until just warm: cover and store at room temperature. Reheat before serving.

    🥗 This pairs beautifully with Lou's Cypriot Grain Salad Here
