Nirup's Ready Made Naan Bread (x2)

My handmade Naan bread is soft and fluffy and reminds me of the ‘Dhabas’ or roadside stall on the side of the highways in Punjab. I've been making Naan for many years and it's quite the labour of love, I hope you enjoy it!

Naan dough is made of plain flour, eggs, baking powder, sugar, salt, vegetable oil and water. The dough is mixed with these ingredients and kneaded till smooth. It is allowed to rest and rise till it’s double and it is knocked down just like bread dough. It is then stored in the fridge for a day before using it. The dough is divided into small portions and allowed to rise again before cooking it in a really hot tandoor oven.

• Preparation:
  Step 1 - Defrost overnight in your fridge
  Step 2 - Heat in the microwave for 30-40 seconds 

  Note: Heating in an oven or a pan will make it crispy and hard, and it’s not recommended.
