Hi I’m Nirup, I’ve been cooking for over 35 years including being a professional chef at prominent Indian hotels. I came to Australia in 1997 and got a job cooking at the iconic Marriott Hotel near Circular Quay. Soon after that I opened up a waterfront Indian restaurant in Narrabeen and then recently my good friend Umesh, another FoodSt cook, introduced me to the team here which is a lovely full circle moment.
