Nasheet's Shaami Kebab (x6, H)

Deeply flavourful, melt-in-the-mouth beef patties made with yellow split lentils, herbs, and a special spice mix.

There are so many variations to this dish but my go-to recipe has always been the one I grew up eating in Hyderabad, India which I am excited to share with you today. I remember how the cooked meat would be ground with spices on a massive stone block with a large rolling pin made of stone too. My cousins and I would sit in a close circle next to the block while an aunt or our grandma prepared the mix, ready to pick on the soft and delectable dough which was equally delicious before being shaped and fried into patties.

  • 🍴 x6 Shaami Kebabs per serving 

    Step 1 - Defrost overnight in your fridge
    Step 2 - Fry in a pan with a bit of oil for about 1min on each side

    Or you can also microwave these until heated through, but they taste better fried in a pan.
