This family recipe of sliced and grilled potato, topped with a herb infused beef and pork bolognese, then topped with grilled eggplant and finally our rich & creamy bechamel sauce. This is a family recipe that has been passed on for generations. Cooked at most family gatherings and adored by all the family and friends alike.

  • Preparation (Cook from frozen):
    Step 1 - Preheat Oven 180°C
    Step 2 - Remove lid, cover with foil
    Step 3 - Bake 50 mins (single) to 80 mins (family)

    Let rest for 10-15 minutes before serving
