Authentic Jamaican Jerk Chicken, Made by Ryan with Love
Ryan’s Jamaican Jerk Chicken is the real deal; bold, smoky, fiery, and full of flavour. Tender chicken thighs are marinated in a traditional jerk paste of scotch bonnet peppers, fresh thyme, ginger, garlic, and warming spices like allspice, nutmeg, and cinnamon. The chicken is then smoked slowly to absorb all those deep, earthy flavours before being finished on the barbecue for that unmistakable charred crust and juicy inside.
It’s a dish Ryan has perfected over nearly two decades since first tasting jerk chicken in Toronto’s Caribbean community. Every batch pays homage to the street stalls of Kingston, where jerk chicken is more than food, it’s culture. Served with fragrant cumin and turmeric basmati rice cooked in chicken stock, the meal delivers a complete Caribbean experience that balances fire with comfort.

I’ve been a foodie as far back as I can remember, having a love for cuisines from all over the world. Growing up in Sydney with such a multicultural society, I've had the privilege to let my taste buds experience flavours from regions far and wide.
