"I wanted to create a Christmas themed sausage roll. I remember sitting around with friends laughing at the idea of a Turducken sausage roll. I later thought to myself "why not?!" I had a lot of fun coming up with the way I was going to execute it. My teenage son enjoyed all the taste testing.
