Rebecca has taken the legendary “turducken” and turned it into the ultimate Christmas party food. These gourmet mini sausage rolls combine layers of chicken with sage, turkey with cranberry, and a rich pulled confit duck centre, all wrapped in golden, buttery pastry. The filling is cooked down with aromatics and duck fat for extra depth, then served with silky chicken gravy so every bite tastes like a miniature festive roast dinner.

"I wanted to create a Christmas themed sausage roll. I remember sitting around with friends laughing at the idea of a Turducken sausage roll. I later thought to myself "why not?!" I had a lot of fun coming up with the way I was going to execute it. My teenage son enjoyed all the taste testing. Last year these were a hit and I'm excited to share them this third year in a row with all my FoodSt customers!"

• 🍴 Each Pack Contains 12 Mini Rolls
  
  Cook from frozen  (don't defrost)
  1. Preheat your oven to 180C 
  2. Place on a tray and bake 15 to 20mins, or until internal temperature reaches 60
  3. Allow 2-3mins to cool before serving

  AIR FRYER: 10 minutes at 160C

  To heat the gravy:
  1. Place gravy in small saucepan on low to thaw/heat
  2. Whisk gently until hot and smooth again
  3. Add a dash of water (if consistency is not to your liking)
