Made with both fresh and hot smoked salmon for depth of flavour, balanced with seasoned potato and herbs, then coated in golden panko crumbs, they bake to a crisp outside with tender, flaky salmon inside.

Ready in 25 minutes from frozen, this pack of four comes with Helen’s tangy pickle sauce made from Greek yogurt and mustard. With a proper fish-to-potato ratio and no filler, they’re satisfying enough for dinner with salad, or classic with chips — a wholesome upgrade on supermarket fish cakes.

Corn Fritters are the Best!
The quantity is perfect. Enough for 2 meals with a side salad, or 1 meal and the rest I can use as sides for another meal. Corn fritters can often be purchased elsewhere (not nearly as good) but they all contain dairy, which I can’t tolerate. So… I get to have a meal that I normally can’t eat, which tastes beautiful and I can use in many ways. 5 Stars.
