Iris' Pork and Chive Dumplings

Handmade from scratch, these free range pork and chive dumplings are made to a recipe that has been passed down through generations.  My kids ask me for them all the time, so much so that they are a staple in their school lunch boxes, yum!

  • 🍴 x12 Dumplings per serving (350g)

    Preparation: (Cook from frozen):

    Step 1 - Oil the base of the dumplings
    Step 2 - Steam 15-20 mins or pan fry (see below)

    You can alternatively:

    Pan fry from frozen with a bit of oil, add dumplings once oil is hot with a cup of water. Close the lid until all the water is dry and the dumplings have turned golden brown and crispy.
