Experience a classic French culinary masterpiece with Matt's Beef Bourguignon with Buttery Mashed Potatoes

"I marinate the beef, overnight, in red wine to lock in the rich wine flavours. It is then slow-cooked for about 2 1/2 hours in the wine but with lots of goodies, including mushrooms, carrot, speck and broth. Served with buttery mash, it's a classic French dish, that you will find in many bistros throughout France!"

    Preparation:

    1 - Defrost first (either in the microwave or fridge overnight)

    2 - Reheat in the microwave 4-6 minutes or until heated through (our foil containers are microwave safe!)

    🥖 Best served with crusty bread

    Ingredients: Beef, carrots, onion, red wine (sulphites), beef stock, oil, pepper, salt, mushrooms, speck, garlic, tomato paste, flour (gluten), potatoes, butter (milk).
