Richard's Fish Pie with Parmesan Mash

Fish Pie made with white and smoked fish, prawns and leeks in a creamy white sauce and topped with a parmesan mash. After travelling 'home' to the UK a couple of years ago, we loved the Fish Pies served in many cafes and pubs, especially in East London. They all had both white and smoked fish in them, giving them great texture and flavour. We couldn't find anything like this here in Australia and after trying a few from Supermarkets and Fish Restaurants, my partner challenged me to do better - so I tried and we both loved the results.

  • Preparation:
    Step 1 - Defrost in fridge overnight
    Step 2 - Preheat Oven 200°C
    Step 3 - Remove lid, cover with foil
    Step 4 - Bake 25mins until golden

    🥗 Best served with a crisp green salad

    Ingredients:
    Smoked Cod, Basa, Prawns, Leek, Peas and Corn, milk, flour, butter, Black Pepper, Dijon Mustard, Chives, Potato and Parmesan Cheese.

    Contains: Milk and milk products, Fish and fish products (eg fish sauce), Crustacea and their products

Perfect winter meal.

This dish was sooooo nice. I'm not a great seafood cook so don't get to eat many nice seafood dishes. This was just perfect. Generous portion and nice and fresh. Would definitely order again.

Flavoursome dish with good quantity of fish and sauce. Will go well with a salad or potato fries. Will order again.

Fabulous fish pie.
