Sugandha has recreated this delicious classic, with a handmade flaky wholemeal and sweet potato paratha that has been filled with grilled smokey marinated paneer, spicy-tangy chutney and vegetables. It's absolutely delicious and can't-stop-eating good!

Preparation:
Step 1 - Defrost in microwave or fridge overnight
Step 2 - Microwave until hot or alternatively heat on a sandwich press.
Ingredients: Wholemeal wheat flour (gluten), sweet potato, sugar, ghee (milk), mustard oil, Kashmiri red chilli powder, garam masala, ginger, garlic, lemon juice, yogurt (milk), salt, paneer (milk), red cabbage, onion, capsicum, tomato, chaat masala, ketchup, chilli sauce, coriander.

I found this flavoursome and delicious. I’ve ordered it twice over so far, as it’s so tasty. The paratha was soft, flaky and delicious and the filling was spicy and scrumptious. I really enjoyed this. The size is quite small, so it makes for a good filling snack, but not a main meal as I’d originally thought. Thank you, Sugandha. I will order again for a special treat. It’s delicious!
