Ben’s Spaghetti & Meatballs is everything you love about this iconic dish: handmade meatballs, a rich slow-cooked tomato sauce, and perfectly cooked spaghetti. His meatballs combine beef and pork – the traditional blend that delivers tenderness, flavour, and a touch of sweetness – seasoned with garlic, herbs, and breadcrumbs. They’re simmered in a sauce built on soffritto (onion, carrot, celery), tomato paste, and puree, slow-cooked with bay leaves and oregano until the flavours deepen and become rich and hearty.

The meatballs and sauce are served over al dente spaghetti, finished with Parmesan and fresh parsley. It’s a complete meal for one – ready in minutes from your freezer – and proof that proper Italian-American cooking doesn’t need shortcuts. Just defrost, heat, stir, and you’ve got a bowl of pasta that tastes homemade, right down to the sauce clinging to every strand.

Preparation Instructions

Step 1 - Defrost in microwave or overnight in your fridge
Step 2 - Open pouch or decant into a microwave safe bowl
Step 3 - Give it a stir
Step 4 - Microwave until heated through (approx 3 mins)
