Meals are delivered frozen. Each dish is prepared fresh by your cook, then frozen immediately after cooking to preserve the flavour and nutritional quality. They arrive at your door ready to go straight into the freezer.
You can either microwave straight from frozen, or some meals require you to defrost first. Most FoodSt meals are ready in four to six minutes. Clear reheating instructions are included with every order. Some dishes can also be gently reheated in the oven or on the stovetop if you prefer.
Most FoodSt meals keep well for up to two months when stored correctly in the freezer. Once defrosted we recommend eating them within 48 hours. Stock up and eat at your own pace, there's no rush.
Yes. FoodSt has a wide range of vegetarian (V) and vegan (Vg) options, that you can view by collection. From Malai Kofta and Palak Daal to Ana's Mexican Bowl and Naga's Spinach Chickpea Curry, there are dishes to suit a variety of dietary needs.
Yes we have a $120 minimum order. No subscription, no weekly commitment, no auto-charges and we offer free delivery above $300.

Unlike most frozen meal services, every dish is made from scratch by a real home cook using fresh, quality ingredients and authentic family recipes. Yes. FoodSt meal bundles are a genuinely thoughtful gift for new parents, people recovering from illness, bereaved families, or anyone who could use a proper home-cooked meal. Select a bundle at checkout and add a personal message and we will print it on a card and include it in your order.
Yes. FoodSt is used by NDIS participants, Home Care Package (HCP) recipients, and Support at Home (SaH) clients across Australia. Meals are handmade, nutritious, and suitable for a range of dietary needs. Speak to your support coordinator about using your funding for FoodSt meals.
