Inspired by my Grandfather, a great cook whose legacy goes beyond just cooking; it's about bringing joy to others through food. He used to tell me that his only goal was to see a satisfactory smile on every person eating his meal. He is the inspiration behind my cooking journey.
With a desire to alleviate the struggles faced by my loved ones battling acid reflux and diabetes, I focused on creating a healthy cooking style that doesn't compromise on taste. With each dish, I started developing recipes that are both flavourful and diet-friendly.
