My grandma was an amazing baker, I would always bake with her when I was little. My sister, brother and I would always fight over who got the spoon or bowl. She has always inspired me to bake, along with my mum who always made our birthday cakes (and she makes the best chocolate pudding!). That is where my love of baking comes from.

I love finding new recipes to try and my partner and kids love this too. My favourite thing to bake has to be a delicious lemon Bundt cake with lemon drizzle, I can’t think of anything better!
