When the lasagne craving hits, nothing else will do. Michelle’s version is built the proper way: beef mince slow-cooked with red wine, vegetables, herbs, and tomato until rich and deep in flavour. She layers this with fresh pasta sheets, creamy béchamel made by hand (never from a packet), and generous handfuls of cheese between every layer and on top for that irresistible golden crust.

Available in single portions right up to a family-sized tray that serves six, this lasagne bakes straight from frozen and delivers the kind of hearty Italian comfort food that feels like home. Pair it with garlic bread and a crisp salad and you’ve got dinner sorted – rich, satisfying, and just as good the next day.

• Preparation (Cook from frozen):
  

  Step 1 - Preheat Oven 180°C
  Step 2 - Remove Lid, cover with Foil
  Step 3 - Bake 45mins (Single) to 1.5hours (Serves 6)
