Manjari's Mutton Ghugni (Goat & Yellow Pea Curry)

Ghugni is a much-loved street food across Eastern India, but don’t be fooled by the humble origins, this one’s got real substance. Traditionally made with yellow peas, this version is elevated with tender goat, slow-cooked with spices into a rich, savoury one-pot meal.

It’s wholesome, nourishing, and high in protein, perfect on its own or mopped up with a hunk of bread or naan.

  Reheating Instructions, open pouch before reheating:

  1 - Defrost in microwave or fridge overnight

  2 - Microwave until hot, approx 4-5 mins.

  🍚 Best served with Rice, Jeera Rice or Naan

  🌶🌶 This curry has a mild to medium spice rating
