You will feel the goodness in every mouthful of this soup - slow cooked, it is hearty, soothing, gentle on the stomach and absolutely delicious. Heaven in a bowl with a little backdrop of lemon. Similar to congee, we love that this dish is simple but a definite feel-good meal.

• 🍴 Serves 1 (400g)

  Reheating Instructions, open pouch before reheating:

  1. Place frozen soup into microwave and heat for 5-6 minutes or until hot

  OR: Defrost soup overnight and heat for 3 minutes or until hot.

  🥖 Best served with: Crunchy hot sourdough, sprinkle with fresh herbs, cracked pepper and chilli flakes if desired

  Ingredients: chicken, rice, celery, onion, organic chicken broth, salt, white pepper, parsley, thyme, garlic.
