Damien's Sticky Date Pudding

Damien has created the ultimate comfort food, sticky date pudding that's ready to eat, simply heat in the microwave or oven and serve with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream.

This sticky date pudding comes with the most addictive butterscotch sauce, it's decadent and we think it serves 2, however we wouldn't blame you if you don't want to share it!

• Serves 2

  Preparation:

  Cook from frozen or defrost first in fridge.

  1. Preheat oven to 180°c & remove lid.

  2. Heat for 10-15 minutes if thawed, 15-20 minutes if frozen.

  3. Alternatively, microwave for 2-3 minutes or until hot - our foil is microwave safe!
