Rebecca's Albondigas (Mexican Chorizo Meatballs)

Title: 8 Meatballs

"Our house loves chorizo, all types too! This recipe is my homemade fresh Mexican style chorizo, made in to moreish bite site albondigas (meatballs). They have lots of flavour, a little heat, a little zing, and a touch of smoked bacon. This recipe is based on a Mexican Chorizo Sausage Roll that I make!"

These meatballs pack a punch in flavour and are so versatile. Eat them tapas style, stuff them into a wrap or simply serve alongside a salad.

  • 🍴 8 x Meatballs per serve

    Preparation (cook from frozen)

    1. Preheat oven to 180C

    2. Place meatballs onto an oven tray and cook for 12-15 minutes.

    Ingredients: Pork, chilli powder, smoked paprika, salt, garlic powder, cumin, mexican oregano, vinegar, cloves, egg, panko (gluten, wheat), milk, bacon.

    Contains: milk, gluten, wheat, egg
